Of course my heater decided to start acting up during the coldest weather of the year! I called Essential based off of the reviews and because they are a local, family owned business. Steven was able to come out within hours and did not give me any BS or try to sell me on a new heater or expensive replacement parts. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them in the future.
