I went right onto Google because I had no idea which plumber to select so many other plumbers closer geographically to where we Steve arrived here and under an hour assess the problem, used a motorized snake and heater to thaw out the hose and within an hour or two everything was fixed, and I was about to rewash the load of laundry that I had to put to the side when the tub wouldn’t drain all in all we were very pleased with the quality of work, the friendly professional attitude of Steve and the overall presentation of the truck which was tidy and cleaned; Steve’s level of knowledge which was high; and the amount of time it took to complete the repairs all in all a terrific job!

Definitely Recommend!

I called Vaughan Comfort Services today ( Saturday afternoon) after my heating went out. They came as a recommendation from my neighbor. Joe called me within an hour of my after hours emergency call. He asked me some basic questions and said he would try to come by but let me know they has a handful of customers for emergency calls today and just wanted to be transparent ( which I appreciated!) Well, he called back within the hour to let me know his dad, John, was in my area and would be able to come to me soon! I was so grateful.

John called when he was on his way, was kind, knowledgeable, and helped me with my issue so I can have peace of mind that we will stay warm for the season!

He also had great information and recommendations for me on how to maintain my unit and which filters would be best for my system.

I appreciated his down to earth vibe, and can tell you there was no “up-sell” here. Just genuine help.

Thank you for your time and help! We will definitely continue to use Vaughan for future services and maintenance.

Vaughan Comfort Services recently installed a new heater, air conditioner, and water heater in my home, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. The team—David, Anderson, Mike, and Jimaar—was extremely knowledgeable and professional from start to finish.

The installation work is exceptionally clean and organized, far better than the previous setup. Everything was explained clearly, and the crew made sure the entire process went smoothly. It’s clear they take pride in their work and really know their craft.

Vaughan Comfort Services recently replaced the 17-year-old HVAC system in our Magnolia home, and the experience from start to finish was exceptional.

Mike, Matt A, Matt H, and James were prompt, courteous, and treated our home with care—wearing booties, laying drop cloths, and keeping everything clean and organized as they worked.

Beyond the professionalism, I was genuinely impressed by their attention to aesthetic detail. Every pipe, cable, and clamp was installed with precision—neatly aligned, cleanly bracketed, and thoughtfully routed, even around corners. They re-ran a new pathway for the refrigerant line from the outdoor compressor through the basement and up into the floor joist cavity—out of sight but still accessible if needed. When the existing condensation pump waste line wasn’t up to par, they replaced it entirely and finished it with copper tubing for long-term durability.

Just as impressive was the time they took after the installation to walk me through the entire system. They showed me how to operate features like the humidifier and the furnace filter box, explained what kind of filters to use (so I wouldn't guess in the big box store aisle), and provided a solid recommendation for a replacement schedule.

They also took time to walk us through the new thermostat in the hallway—showing how to create a custom program or use the default one for energy efficiency.

I spend my days telling stories for brands through video, so when I see work that’s both thoughtful and well-executed, I take notice, and Vaughan delivered.

I first learned of Vaughan Comfort Services through a local Facebook group, and I’m so glad that we hired them for our laundry room project.

Tom was thoughtful and thorough in helping us achieve our goals for a tankless water heater, whole-house filtration system, and rerouting some plumbing to have our washer and dryer side-by-side.

Jeff was very helpful with customer service, setting the appointment / work days, permitting, and billing.

Matt and Jules performed the work two weeks later, and everything turned out even better than I had expected. I’m in the home remodeling sphere myself, so attention to detail and genuine care for the homeowner is something that I always look for; these fellas did not disappoint!

Is VCS the cheapest company around? I doubt it. But the project was affordable, and I will always invest a little more to have things done the right way.
