I have been using Austin Air for a few years now and would highly recommend them for your HVAC needs. We have 3 systems and in this climate under constant load, they get a lot of use and need maintenance. I would suggest to anyone that you get on their Annual Maintenance Plan, I've noticed a huge benefit in the response time and attention we now get when we face our inevitable issues.Recently, we had the pleasure of working with Steven and not only was he incredible at diagnosing our issues, but was great at communicating, and spent the time needed to explain what was happening and what needed to be done to get us back up and running. Our mini split was not generating heat. Austin Air returned my call and sent a technician out promptly. Steven was so knowledgeable and informative.
