They were well prepared to fix the problem and took the time to show me how to possibly fix the problem myself in the future. They were both pleasant and made me feel like I had been working with them for years. They are good people!

They did not quote me before they charged me 2k. I am devastated! They did come down on price to 1475 but I did not plan to spend this. . It is truly destroying my finances. The person said they would come let all the Freon out and remove the valve because I questioned why it was so high the and called themselves a good Christian man. This truly has been such a tough experience. Please be cautious
There are still honest, hard working people out there! Claude and his son drove to Orangeburg to pick up a part and install it - the same day - to get our unit working timely and at a fair cost. Highly recommend working with them!!
Claude was quick to respond and made time to service our home on the same day. Within 30 minutes he had our air blowing cold again. His fees were transparent and fair. We will be calling them again next time we have an issue with our AC.
