Lee and Jeremy were very responsive and professional. I called to make the appointment and their representative showed up on time and listened intently as I told my story and shared my expectations of what I thought I wanted.Lee heard what I said. Inspected my equipment and informed me as to the nature of the equipment failure. On request he provided me with information regarding the replacement units including current federal tax credits and Dominon Electric energy rebates.I sought two estimates from separate contractor to compare cost. From these estimates I felt Pleasant's equipment were superior and their quote was substantially better.I awarded the job to Pleasant and they were able to schedule the installation the next day. This job required the replacement of two HVA/C systems.The replacement was flawless and the equipment operates perfect. I am well pleased with my interaction with Pleasant's performance and professionalism.
I can’t say enough about Pleasant Air and Electric. Jeremy Manchester and his team of employees made the process of our new AC units seamless. Everyone was courteous, knowledgeable and organized in every department. His office staff took care of all the paperwork for rebates, tax credits and warranties. The communication and help we received from Jeremy, the installation team and Lauren in the office was excellent. I highly recommend.

The Pleasant Air Tech (Theo) was on time and very personable. He walked me thru issues, his recommendations and included me on the call with the parts supplier. Appreciated the level of service throughout the process
Condensor not working and after checking several potential issues the compressor seized up. Ended putting new unit and went with their recommendation of a Bosch high efficiency. They came on Saturday and put in new unit. More efficient and better airflow. Will see if it saves on electric bill
