Lee and Jeremy were very responsive and professional. I called to make the appointment and their representative showed up on time and listened intently as I told my story and shared my expectations of what I thought I wanted.

Lee heard what I said. Inspected my equipment and informed me as to the nature of the equipment failure. On request he provided me with information regarding the replacement units including current federal tax credits and Dominon Electric energy rebates.

I sought two estimates from separate contractor to compare cost. From these estimates I felt Pleasant's equipment were superior and their quote was substantially better.

I awarded the job to Pleasant and they were able to schedule the installation the next day. This job required the replacement of two HVA/C systems.

The replacement was flawless and the equipment operates perfect. I am well pleased with my interaction with Pleasant's performance and professionalism.

Everyone was courteous, knowledgeable and organized in every department. His office staff took care of all the paperwork for rebates, tax credits and warranties.
