Garrett came today for regular servicing of my HVAC units. Preferred is always meticulous with service calls, but Garrett seemed to go above and beyond. He diagnosed several issues and felt clear and honest in his assessment of whether they were immediate problems or things to consider for the future. He was neat and very pleasant. And he put up with very good grace having a 10-month kitten curiously "help" him at most steps in the process. Preferred never disappoints.
Fourth time using Preferred Home Services. They never disappoint.This service was for plumbing repairs.Previous service visits included toilet replacements and hot water heater installation.Every technician Ive had out has been prompt, knowledgeable and friendly.Today's technician, Tony, did a fantastic job and gave me informed options for how to solve my plumbing issue.
