CPI Plumbing & Heating

Christian and Tristan were amazing today! Quickly found the leak and made the repair. Very flexible about working with me to schedule a long overdue repiping under the house. I am super happy with how kind and understanding and professional they were. I’ve used CPI for the last few repairs I’ve needed and will continue with them for as long as I need plumbing help. When I needed the first repair several years ago I called no less than 5 plumbers. Only got one return call and they couldn’t help me. Called CPI and they were able to get to me quickly and that has continued with each subsequent call I make. I appreciate that so much and they have my loyalty for that alone. Good customer service is worth it!

Ray was so very helpful, obviously very experienced and skilled. He showed me and he explained the wear and the maintenance he was doing on our indoor and outdoor heating units… as well as what follow-up work was needed down the road to keep our system running well. I asked many questions which he very thoroughly answered. He is a great communicator and I really appreciated his time. Communication was excellent… with contact time notifications… He completed the maintenance needed quickly even with all of my questions!

Shane and Kyle saved the day!!! After a week and a half in the dark, they quickly identified the issue and we couldn’t be more thrilled! Their positive attitude and expertise made this otherwise difficult situation a truly great experience. Going forward, CPI will be my first call! Thank you so much Shane and Kyle!
