I am super happy with how kind and understanding and professional they were. I’ve used CPI for the last few repairs I’ve needed and will continue with them for as long as I need plumbing help. When I needed the first repair several years ago I called no less than 5 plumbers. Only got one return call and they couldn’t help me. Called CPI and they were able to get to me quickly and that has continued with each subsequent call I make. I appreciate that so much and they have my loyalty for that alone. Good customer service is worth it!

I asked many questions which he very thoroughly answered. He is a great communicator and I really appreciated his time.

CPI was amazing, I called to get information about a heat pump system a rep came out 2 days later on time full of knowledge and prepared for questions. By the end of the chat we bought their service and had installed the next day. On the next morning a crew from CPI came and worked carefully in our home respecting my cluttered area but getting the job done in just a few hours. They even cleaned up after themselves. The unit is fully functioning and feels great! We are very happy with our choice to choose a local company. Very impressed!
