Amazing service. They had great communication, on time and very professional. Completed repairs quickly and cleaned up so you could not even tell they were there. I higly recommend Handys heating for new installation and service calls. These guys are top notch!!!
My service was cleaning and adjusting and possible replacement of the pilot light assembly pof a hearthstone "Tucson" gas fireplace. Your technician (Bodie) did an excellent job restoring the stove to like new performance. It had been in service since approx 2008 with no service due to its remote location. Since I had a spare pilot assembly we considered installing it. Bodie saved me 122.00 by restoring the original parts to servicability instead. He was neat and kept the area clean. He was very prompt and courteous and pleasant to work with. The bill including the travel was just over 200.00, which was very reasonable. I will be using Handy's Heating for my future needs.
Jeff from Handy’s Heating came out to service the heat pump system and tankless water heater. He showed up when he was suppose to, was courteous and professional. Jeff seemed very thorough with the maintenance checks. Overall it was a good maintenance service and I am happy with his work.
My gas fireplace was in bad bad shape. It had no service for a number of years, and would not produce a decent flame. I almost took the cheaper route for a "Quicky" lob. That would have been a disaster. As the serviceman began working, he showed me what was wrong. He had the correct parts and had a tool bucket with lots of interesting tools, almost all of which he needed. He took out the fan which was heavily coated with dust. He used the vacuum on everything. I, as an old dude, have seen lots of workers- both good and bad- and he was beyond good- sort of like the workers of long ago. He also entertained my wife and I- lovers of country music- with his own country music-amazing. Never did he slow down as he worked. Excellent results and a fair price. As an old teacher- he gets an A+
We bought our gas fireplace from Handy’s Heating in 2000 and it is still working fabulously. We have it serviced by Handy’s and have been extremely happy with their work. We wanted to have a thermostat put in recently and we contacted Darren who has always been helpful, friendly and efficient. He set us up for service for our home and my Mom’s, who needed a cleaning on her insert. Billy showed up and did a great job for us. He had a good sense of humor and was very thorough with his work. The price was reasonable and the service excellent at both homes. We will continue to support Handy’s and will continue to pass on a good word about their company.
