This past summer part of the building wasn't cooling. They sent out a maintenance tech to "check" the thermostat settings. I was told that inspite of all the various setting options that the heat exchangers work most efficiently if you just set it and forget it. So that's what I did. This winter the same part of the building was not heating. It turns out that the thermostat had a limit setting that turned the unit off after a couple of hours. I didn't touch the thermostat settings since the summer but I was told that I should just set it and forget it implying user error on my part when it was their "professionals" that set it up. Frustrating.

Made the appointment, they showed up on time did exactly what I needed them to do. When I get my construction complete. I’ll call them back and have them reinstall the system.
