Multiple technicians from Fuse have visited my property to perform HVAC check-ups, maintenance, and heat-pump installation. Every one of them has been very pleasant to work with:- The technician who came for HVAC check-up was very patient and thorough. He really took his time, and explained everything to me clearly. We even had a nice, friendly conversation at the end. It didn't feel like he just tried to wrap up his job and get out ASAP.- Two technicians came to replace my old HVAC system to a heat pump. They came on time early in the morning for two consecutive days, and they did the work efficiently and professionally. They were very courteous, were careful with the corners when they moved the heavy equipments around, and after they were done with everything they did a nice clean-up inside and outside of the house. They showed me how the new system operates, and answered all my questions.- The phone operators and installation coordinator I got in touch with were all very courteous and professional. They always pick up my phone calls and answered the questions, or provided follow-ups in a timely fashion.Great service. Would definitely come back for their other services, and recommend this team to others.
Our A/C was nearing the end of its life and we thought about replacing it (and the home furnace) with a heat pump. I had asked a friend who had his home HVAC upgraded for recommendation(s) and he recommended FUSE, so we contacted them for a quote. Jeff came to check out the project. He was very knowledgeable, pleasant and patiently answered all our questions. He sent us three quotes and we decided to go with a Daikin heat pump system.Our installers, Andy and "Ace" were both friendly and professional. It took them two days to install the system. Our system is in the attic and they have done a really clean job with the installation. Frankly, the attic looks cleaner now than when they started! Our attic used to have a pull-string light and they replaced it with a proper electrical outlet with a switch. They didn't have to do that, but it is much nicer now. In addition they replaced an outdoor outlet with a proper GFCI outlet with a weather-proof cover. During the installation they did run into some snag with the thermostat, but they worked diligently to resolve it.During this whole process I also worked with their rebate and permit coordinator, Maria, and she was very efficient and prompt in replying to my emails.One thing I would like to see FUSE improve on is to unify their multiple CRM systems and provide a consistent number to call. Different emails had different reply-to addresses. It made some of the communication a bit confusing. In spite of that, they have been great to work with and I will definitely contact them for any future work (such as replacing the gas water heater.)

He did a great job, and was nice to talk to. Everything looks neat in my attic.
We were pleased with the Fuse installation service from Andrew. He and his helper Sam came on time and delivered what they promised and stayed until the work was completed. We replaced our gas water heater with an electric heat pump water heater and moved the location of the heater from a closet in our house to our garage. They also helped with the rebates. We recommend their work.
