They installed a Mitsubishi ceiling mini split, and the installation itself was flawless. His installer, Volodymyr, and the rest of the team truly went above and beyond — they could not have worked harder, nor been nicer or more conscientious in our home. They were respectful, detail-oriented, and left everything spotless.

It’s rare to find a company that combines responsiveness, fair pricing, and such high-quality workmanship. We highly recommend them.

We replaced our 25-year old single phase gas furnace with a Mitsubishi HVAC heat pump this summer. Now that we’ve used it for both cooling and heating, I’d like to give the team at Nur a five-star rating for their clean, smooth installation. Communication was great and they were thoughtful about system design so that we don’t have exterior conduits. We are so happy with the operation of the system for heating: it is quiet and so much more effective than our old furnace. We can highly recommend Nur.

Highly recommend Nur HVAC company. My heater went down and the first company I called quoted me $5,000 to fix it — which immediately felt excessive. I brought these guys in for a second opinion and I’m very glad I did.

The technician was friendly, professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained the options clearly, and quoted only a few hundred dollars for the repair. Even better, they handled the warranty part replacement for me, which made the whole process painless.

Honest pricing, knowledgeable techs, and zero pressure. This is exactly how service should be. I’ll absolutely be using them again and recommending them to others.

I’ve been using NUR HVAC for the last two years, first at my former house and now at my new one. Every experience has been excellent. Their technicians are fast, courteous, and truly attentive. They take the time to identify the issue, explain what’s going on, and fix it with ease. Most recently, Adlan installed a new Ecobee thermostat for me, and once again the attention to detail and willingness to walk me through how to use it made everything simple. I couldn’t ask for better service. I highly recommend NUR HVAC to anyone looking for reliable, professional, and easy to work with technicians.
