Outstanding Service from Start to Finish I cannot recommend Plum HVAC highly enough! From the initial estimate to the final installation, every aspect of my experience was exceptional. First, I want to express my deepest gratitude to Natalie, the office manager, who was incredibly helpful navigating the confusing and tedious rebate process. Her patience and expertise made what could have been a frustrating experience completely manageable. The owner's estimate process was refreshingly simple and straightforward--no nonsense, just honest communication and reasonable pricing. It was a relief to work with a company that values transparency. The installation crew--Ha, Jake, and Andrew--were absolutely wonderful. They arrived on time, worked professionally, and paid attention to every detail. Ha, in particular, went above and beyond: he took off his shoes while working inside despite my telling him it was perfectly fine to keep them on. After the installation, he took the time to thoroughly show me how to operate the new system and how to change the filter, ensuring I felt completely confident with my new HVAC unit. The entire team at Plum HVAC is friendly, professional, and truly committed to customer satisfaction. If you're looking for reliable HVAC service with people who genuinely care, look no further than Plum HVAC.

We are very pleased with Plum HVAC. Their crew were very efficient and pleasant to work with. They explain things throughout the 2 day process. In our case it was to remove the existing gas furnace and electric AC unit and put in a new heat pump unit in the attic along with new ducts. Natalie was fantastic and guided us to qualify for the available rebates (converting to a Heat pump system). Any questions and request is best by email to both Sam and Natalie. Because they did such a great job, I am now trying to convince my family member to use Plum HVAC also when their system goes out
