Brad replaced the gas control valve on my 80 gallon water heater. He was punctual and clear upfront about the required steps, estimated time, and hourly rate. He was super enjoyable to talk to. I love that Hoffman Brothers has dog treats. My 13 year old Great Pyrenees is Randy's new best friend! I'm glad it was a simple fix. I also feel stupid it was such a simple fix. I signed up for the membership. Overall a great experience.
Gaylon fixed the problem we were having with our electric clothes dryer. He explained the issue as well as offering a very affordable appliance and full -house protection program. He was friendly, timely and professional. We highly recommend him and Hoffman Bros.
Justin did a great job. He was on time, he was efficient, he got the job done the same day. I was very happy with the work that he did. I would do it all over again. He was very friendly also.My only thought and I don’t really have anything to compare to, but I thought it was a bit expensive.
