Airtime heating in there is one of the best companies out there! They were on time exactly when I needed them to be. I was in a rush. Angel was very informative and told me everything I needed to know about my air conditioning system. He informed me that my AC, even though it was working was running super inefficiently and that's why my electric bill was so high. He called out his manager Jay and Jay went over new system pricing with me and they have good prices competitive prices and even great financing options. I ended up getting a whole new AC system and it's way quieter than the next one. I financed it and it basically pays for itself with the energy. I save monthly. First off the company is very communicative. I got a call from the office to confirm ahead of time and a call from the tech and office on the day of which may be normal to some but shows how organized and respectful of the customers time they are. Wayne was on time, polite, prepared and shared with me the issues that were wrong and photos and options for repair. Even took a look at the AC unit, even though he was called out for the heater. Dealt with the hot attic and my barking dogs like a champ. Would highly recommend.

CJ and Pedro Jr. could not have been more professional, knowledgeable and competent, not to mention good guys. They were also incredibly conscientious about leaving the job site spotless, which is a rarity.We had an emergency situation, hot water heater went out and we were leaving town for the weekend the next day.They were able to send Keith out within 90 minutes, who walked us through all the various options for our problem. Again, very experienced and knowledgeable and a good guy.He had a remediation specialist within 30 min to evaluate if the water flowing out of the hot water heater had saturated the drywall in the garage. He helped my husband navigate making an insurance claim and will handle all of the follow up, as well as the remediation specialist.They most definitely are a one stop shop! Kudos to the quality of their hiring practices for their staff and the way they run their operation. All very first rate. We could not have been happier!
