(unlike several others) When I called Integrity, I realized my research was well worth the time.... A very professional office staff answered my questions and confirmed my appointment date/time then followed up by keeping us informed via phone, text and e-mail.When the tech arrived, he looked and acted professional. He quickly got to it by asking to see the area where he would be working, once he completed his inspection we talked, and he explained everything he was going to do and asked if he had everything was correct. He got right to work on cleaning the ducting and was done in no time at all, even cleaning the work area thoroughly. I appreciated that there was no upselling, he had defined the work and completed it exactly as stated.......Oh, almost forgot, the price for my work was very reasonable compared to other estimates and set prices quoted for this service.
