He was friendly, professional, and explained every step of what he was checking and fixing.My upstairs AC wasn’t working - it turned out to be a combination of a new contactor, a blown fuse, some loose wiring, and a loose door panel that was preventing the safety switch from engaging.Jacob carefully diagnosed everything, tightened the wiring, replaced the fuse, secured the panel, and made sure the system was running perfectly before he left.
