Jacob came out on a Saturday evening and immediately put me at ease. He was friendly, professional, and explained every step of what he was checking and fixing.

My upstairs AC wasn’t working - it turned out to be a combination of a new contactor, a blown fuse, some loose wiring, and a loose door panel that was preventing the safety switch from engaging.

Jacob carefully diagnosed everything, tightened the wiring, replaced the fuse, secured the panel, and made sure the system was running perfectly before he left. He was completely honest throughout and didn’t try to sell me unnecessary parts or repairs. A true professional - I highly recommend Liberty PHA, and ask for Jacob!

He gave a clear and easy quote of all areas to be serviced with a reasonable quote. He was on time for the service call. I needed to wait about a week for him to complete the job. We began doing research on plumbing services and discovered frightening prices, sketchy qualifications, and disappointing schedules. Then a good friend recommended Liberty Plumbing. Communicating with Kristen and Jerry was delightful. They sent out Erick and we could not have asked for a more knowledgeable, professional, and pleasant service tech. I recently had all new faucets and shower fixtures installed, along with a new vanity, countertop, and a toilet replacement. Jacob and Eric were fantastic! Their work was excellent, and they took the time to explain everything so I could make the best choices for my home. They were friendly, patient, and made sure the workspace was spotless before they left. They even double-checked everything to be sure it was truly 5-star quality.

The owner was wonderful to work with—very flexible with scheduling and payment options—which made the whole process so much easier. And I have to mention the receptionist as well: she was great, friendly, and helpful every time I called.

I’ve been using this company since 2007, and they’ve never let me down. They’ve helped with my AC, water heater, and more over the years. We even signed up for their maintenance plan, which has come in handy many times. I highly recommend this team—they’re reliable, professional, and genuinely great to work with
