Very happy with customer service, timeline of repair and cleanliness of service performed. Would use same company in future if needed. Plus there’s a one year guarantee of the service performed. Very happy overall with doing business with this plumbing company. Even a next day check in call from office to ensure satisfaction. Yes we are quite satisfied with company overall and recommend their services. Glad we chose them thru advertisement flyer. P.s. we are DIY’s and tried ourselves to clear drain pipe and thought we did clear until we did last test to check to ensure flow that when we knew we needed a professional effective tools and knowledge. Again glad we chose We Care Plumbing!

The technician called ahead to inform me of his approximate arrival time, allowing me to go about my daily activities without concern—much appreciated. The technician was courteous and highly professional, wearing shoe covers inside the house, which I truly valued. He patiently waited while I secured my pets and explained everything clearly. Cameron's visit demonstrated remarkable professionalism. I would rate his service a perfect 10 out of 10 for effectively resolving the problem. The detailed explanation, especially given my limited plumbing knowledge, was very helpful. I also appreciated that the invoice included photos and descriptions of the work done. He was very helpful, friendly and assisted us with all of our questions. He helped locate issues with our HVAC. He and his team were great and gave outstanding customer service on Saturday. They cleaned our air duct. They made sure they did not interrupt any floors or damage the home in any way. We had a great customer experience.
