Technician professional did a thorough and complete clearing of kitchen drain pipe. Paid more that first expected but worth the result. Very happy with customer service, timeline of repair and cleanliness of service performed. Would use same company in future if needed. Plus there’s a one year guarantee of the service performed. Very happy overall with doing business with this plumbing company. Even a next day check in call from office to ensure satisfaction. I am very happy with the service from We Care. They always come quickly and I don’t have to wait days for a tech. Daniel was excellent. He is polite, experienced, and kept me informed about when he was going to arrive.
We experienced a clogged tub, with water from the kitchen sink backing up into it. I scheduled an appointment, which was conveniently set for the next day. The technician called ahead to inform me of his approximate arrival time, allowing me to go about my daily activities without concern—much appreciated. The technician was courteous and highly professional, wearing shoe covers inside the house, which I truly valued. He patiently waited while I secured my pets and explained everything clearly. Cameron's visit demonstrated remarkable professionalism. I would rate his service a perfect 10 out of 10 for effectively resolving the problem. The detailed explanation, especially given my limited plumbing knowledge, was very helpful. I also appreciated that the invoice included photos and descriptions of the work done. Alberto just left after doing our HVAC maintenance. He provided excellent service. We were pleased to find out everything is working properly. He encouraged us to get our ductwork cleaned because the pictures are showing that they are pretty dusty. We really appreciate the informative way he presented the information. Juan is awesome!He was very helpful, friendly and assisted us with all of our questions. He helped locate issues with our HVAC. He and his team were great and gave outstanding customer service on Saturday. They cleaned our air duct. They made sure they did not interrupt any floors or damage the home in any way.
