After doing tons of research and getting a strong recommendation from a friend, I chose this company — and it was absolutely the right decision. Paul worked very closely with me to make sure everything qualified for the rebate. He went above and beyond to walk me through every detail and made what could have been a complicated process feel completely seamless. From start to finish, they were incredibly kind, attentive, and truly professional. I felt genuinely cared for the entire time. It’s rare to find this level of service and integrity — I can’t recommend them highly enough!

We have had nothing but positive experiences with Coastal Energy over the years ( they installed and serviced our heat pump in former home ). More recently they installed a blower motor in the gas fireplace in our brand new home. Patrick (the technician) clearly cared very much about the quality of his work as elected to return to switch out the motor that he was supplied with as he could detect a subtle flaw when he did it's initial test run. On that note, unlike other companies we have dealt with, he took the time to do a thorough working test after the motor was installed ( both times). He also took the time to answer all the questions we had. We look forward to having our dual system heat pump serviced by Coastal in the future.

Coastal Energy was recommended by a work colleague to instal a new dual fuel furnace/heat pump to replace the original 30 year old gas furnace. Angelo provided the most competitive bid, provide solid advice and instilled confidence. A few days later, Patrick arrived and over less than 2 days, with help from sheet metal and electrical technologists, removed and disposed our original furnace, installed the fully tested the new dual fuel system. All workers were both professional and personable. We are very pleased with the result of their work.

After receiving three quotes from different local companies, Coastal Energy offered the best bid for our home's heat pump installation. It was helpful that their offer was marginally cheaper than the other two, but CE also provided the most justification and rationale on the estimate, AND they were also the most professional. Their experience was extremely evident throughout the whole process. Angelo completed our initial assessment and during his walkthrough, gave insightful, honest opinions while trying to troubleshoot and provide the most cost-effective options for the layout of our home. Chris and Devon did the top-notch installation in less than 3 days (in some chilly, rainy November conditions) and their punctuality and work ethic were admirable (Sonia from DenMar Electric also provided quality, exceptional service). The crew was always extremely considerate working around and inside our home that we had zero concerns. They are all knowledgeable, skilled, and apply their expertise in their craft. Chris took extra care working in our attic and despite very tight, uncomfortable places across the trusses, it was really evident that he took pride in his work as I was able to see the finished product of methodical ducting and a very secure indoor unit attached to our rafters ("it's true art!" I told him). The work and service provided by Coastal Energy is genuine and trustworthy and we are loving the immediate results of the consistent, even temperature throughout our home. Do your homework and then give CE a call. We are beyond pleased :-)
