Starting with the salesman at the Home Show in Qualicum Beach whose name I do not know but was impressed with his knowledge and patience in answering my questions.Eric did a professional job of explaining the options and the features of the products that they sell. He was prompt and even came back a second time to help us make a decision.We could not have wished for better service with more friendly people than the crew that came in to do the installation. Steve and Heather worked at a very high caliber, as did the other trades that came in. Every one of these people would be welcome back in my home anytime. They were extremely courteous, conscientious and clean. Always leaving the place as they found it at the end of the day.They were all incredibly knowledgeable. I would ask a question of the electrician about the plumbing and he knew exactly what was going on, and the plumber explained what the sheet metal crew were doing down stairs and why.We felt highly respected and always brought up to date at the end of the day as to what took place and what to expect the next morning.Bravo to this company and to the team. Lead technician Kent with Heather from Service Excel did a fabulous job installing Mitsubishi heat pump + 4 wall units. It was a complicated 3 day install and I am very impressed with their professionalism respecting my home, running lines with minimal exposure in eyesight, cleaning up each day - it looks and feels great!On completion Kent went over the operation and explained everything clearly.I highly recommend Service Excel! They performed a superb job.
