After several heatwaves this summer, we finally decided to install a heat pump. Since we wanted to keep our existing gas furnace, the system needed to run in dual-fuel mode, which is a bit more complex. I needed to fully understand the scope of work before committing, and Jeff from West Temp was absolutely fantastic throughout the process. He was patient, knowledgeable, and transparent, taking the time to answer all my questions and even sharing reference materials and examples of his previous work. This gave me total confidence that West Temp was the right choice for the job. The installation itself exceeded my expectations. Jeff was meticulous and attentive to detail — he installed rubber boots under the outdoor unit to minimize vibration and noise (a huge bonus for us), and even connected the condensate drainage to our downspout to prevent pooling water. The whole setup looks professional and works flawlessly. I also compared quotes from several vendors in the area, and West Temp’s pricing was outstanding — significantly lower than many competitors offering the same service. Recently upgraded to a NEW Carrier heat pump and air mover. I called Jeff at West Temp Heating & Cooling to come in and provide a quote. I received two other quotes and it was an easy choice to make. West Temp Heating & Cooling has superior products, good pricing and provides a real hands on experience! Jeff gave a detailed quote and kept me informed when he ordered my products and when and how the install would be completed. Jeff installed the Air Mover in a small utility room inside the house, while Phil did a great job installing the Heat Pump and adding some new conduit for a tidy look on the outside. Both work areas were left clean. Thanks guys! Jeff, your timing was perfect. The house is cozy!

Excellent Service!! We have used this company twice. We are extremely happy with both the product and excellent service we receive from West Temp. Jeff is very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Jeff and Phil ensure that during the installation that the inside of the house remains clean by using items such as drop cloths and floor runners. They both also take pride in running the lines as much as possible in the crawl space or attic to avoid the least amount of lines being visible. If you are in the market for any type of heating and cooling, you will not go wrong with West Temp.
