Recently upgraded to a NEW Carrier heat pump and air mover.I called Jeff at West Temp Heating & Cooling to come in and provide a quote. I received two other quotes and it was an easy choice to make. West Temp Heating & Cooling has superior products, good pricing and provides a real hands on experience! Jeff gave a detailed quote and kept me informed when he ordered my products and when and how the install would be completed. Jeff installed the Air Mover in a small utility room inside the house, while Phil did a great job installing the Heat Pump and adding some new conduit for a tidy look on the outside. Excellent Service!! We have used this company twice. We are extremely happy with both the product and excellent service we receive from West Temp. Jeff is very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Jeff and Phil ensure that during the installation that the inside of the house remains clean by using items such as drop cloths and floor runners. They both also take pride in running the lines as much as possible in the crawl space or attic to avoid the least amount of lines being visible. If you are in the market for any type of heating and cooling, you will not go wrong with West Temp.
