He called around for the part(s) needed and gave us the options that worked best for us relative to price and timing. Once the part came in, he came to us after business hours to install it. Our HVAC quit working on a Saturday when the temperature was 99 degrees outside. After calling half a dozen HVAC Companies, Demetrick was the only person to call us back. He was at our house within 90 minutes, diagnosed the problem within 15 minutes, and thoroughly explained everything throughout the process. Because it was the weekend, he wasn't able to get a replacement part until Monday, but he was able to get our fan working which got us through the weekend until he was able to replace it on Monday.I couldn't recommend him and his company strong enough.
I can write a book on the customer service. Demetric came out, assessed the problem, went way beyond and above to get the issue resolved. Where I know that a big company would have just charged you for a new unit. Not Demetric! He will try every trick that he knows and will also consult with other techs to solve your problem.
