When our boiler went down in the middle of winter, we were in a really stressful spot. Several companies tried to take advantage of the situation with outrageous estimates, knowing we had no heat. Thankfully, this company was different.
They gave us an honest, fair estimate right from the start — no pressure, no scare tactics, just straightforward professionalism. That alone meant a lot.
On top of that, they worked around our schedule because my daughter was preparing to go in for surgery. They were incredibly understanding and flexible during an already overwhelming time for our family.
The crew was friendly, respectful, and extremely clean. They treated our home like it was their own and left everything spotless. Most importantly, they did a fantastic job — the boiler is running perfectly.
It’s rare to find a company with this level of integrity, compassion, and quality workmanship. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants honest pricing and top-notch service.

I can't express the respect I have for Eddie and for the work ethic Armus Mechanical exhibits in both the field and in the office.

The heater/AC unit in my mother's condo died and was to old to be repaired. It was obsolete and I was told that it would be difficult to retrofit a new unit into the tight area the old one was situated.

Eddie was one of 4 contractors I contacted for this job. His price was reasonable and competitive, but what sold me was his knowledge of our viable system options and his familiarity with the condo complex's specific parameters. He navigted me through the condo association's rules, the installation process, the warranty, and subsequent rebate. All while making sure the parts were ordered, delivered and installed by himself and his team. Kevin and Lucas shared that same Armus work ethic and managed to start and finish the job in one day. My mother was home and was delighted to have them working in her place all day. Especially since they managed to have her place heated by dinnertime on one of the coldest days of the year.

Kevin showed up with a wealth of knowledge and took the time to see if he could get the old unit running again. He was able to restart it, but we could see it ultimately needed to be replaced. Really appreciate their honesty, responsiveness, and professionalism every time.
