Noah and Ray came to our home to replace the coils in our air handler units. They arrived exactly when they said, they worked diligently throughout the day and were a pleasure to deal with. They explained everything very carefully through the course of the day as to how they were making progress and what to expect. Both of our systems are now back up and running keeping our home comfortable.
They cleaned everything up when they were done for the day and followed up with us to make sure, that we were all set.
They were very polite, even spent a few minutes keeping our dog happy, (our pup loves visitors!).
They are a credit to Family HVAC as are their other technicians who have visited our home over the years.
We are very happy with using Family HVAC and will continue to use them in the future!
