My Goodman unit went on the fritz. Called K.D. Heating. Kris got back to me quickly. Arrived same day and right on time. 30 minutes after his arrival, I had heat again. Super pleasant and efficient experience with KD. Highly recommend.
Kris was wonderful. Our central air system stopped working last night and kris promptly came out today and fixed our system in no time! He was timely, prompt and professional. Will definitely be using him in the future and would recommend him to anyone I know!
My furnace was installed quite not to spec by another HVAC technician. The work was sloppy and not up to code. Emailed KD. He returned my email with a phone call. He agreed to have a look at my system and came up with a game plan to bring things up to code. We scheduled the work; he showed up on time and did the work and let me tell you it looks and works great. The quality of his work is evident. His pricing is fair for the quality of work he does. I would highly recommend his company for all of your HVAC work!!!
Moved into my new house in the middle of a heat wave and the first day our central air stopped working! Called KD and he came out right away, and fixed it now it is working perfectly!! Could not have been more professional and reliable! Will definitely will be referring to others!
I was having an issue with my central air. And after reading reviews, chose to call KD. They did show up on the first day, however, whatever they did is causing my until to continuously freeze.Now, I'm being told the entire unit needs to be replaced and KD would not answer my 2nd contact attempt, phone calls, or text messages.Cost me $95 for someone to just come out and tell me there was an "imbalance in the gas".... the other company stated that's something he has never even encountered in his 30 years of being in the HVAC field.I'm completely dissatisfied with what has occurred. And it will now have a cost of $5000 for a new unit.Thanks so much KD!
