Troy is a lifesaver. My furnace wasn’t working and he came out on Christmas Eve on short notice. He got it up and running like new, and he tested it repeatedly before he left to confirm the issue was resolved. Highly recommend!
6/20/25 Troy came out to diagnose my ac that had stopped working. He was here for an hr or so at $195 an hr. In the end he said we needed a wireless thermostat. He said the cost would be 1200 but he would give it to us for $1000. Originally when he was talking to my landlord he said $300 up front. Then said we would need to put $700 up for him to order when we we went to go ring out. My husband questioned him and he said he would not lie to us he said $700. Which was a lie cause he did not originally say that amount. Desperate to get the ac fixed we figured we would have to pay it anyways. So I swiped my card for the total amount $1146.46. I asked him for a receipt for the breakdown because honestly we didn’t understand the big amount. He said he would provide a receipt when he gets back to his office. (Which we never got) He said he would be back Monday Tuesday to fix the device. Monday my husband called him to see when he was coming and he said oh no I can’t come till Friday . Again not what was originally told to us. Mind you we are in the middle of a heat wave. We both have asthma so it’s not good. My husband tells Troy that we would like to not move forward because we are not really trusting his word and work. This is where he began not responding to us. We asked him to in the end to finished the job because who has that kind of money to be out and he just wouldn’t respondFinally I wrote him Off the website number and he responded to my husband that he was refunding us and never did. He also said he wasn’t the owner of the business but in fact he is . He said he is a supervisor. He said he was putting Freon in the device and never did and still didn’t provide a reciept for the diagnostic he failed to really do. We had to have another company come out and diagnose what he should have and they discovered the freeze board was no good. And replaced it which I have proof of. Troy is not honest and did not do his job and took a lot of money from us for nothing.
Our boiler got clogged with soot and stopped working. We called Troy on a Saturday and he was able to help us out. He was very informative while working on the boiler and got us up and running in just a couple of hours. All with a great attitude. Will recommend to all my family and friends.
