I had a great experience with Neros Heating and Air. My heater suddenly stopped working, and I was really stressed about it. I called them, and they arrived within the next hour, which honestly exceeded my expectations. The service was incredibly fast, professional, and efficient.

They quickly diagnosed the issue and explained everything clearly before starting the repair. The pricing was very reasonable, especially considering how quickly they responded. It’s hard to find a company that offers both speed and fair pricing these days.

I would like to take this opportunity to express my gratitude and appreciation to John M. for his outstanding service and work performed on a recent boiler repair at my house. I experienced a lost of heat and hot water in my house due to a faulty mechanical valve part inside the boiler. John permanently resolved the issue with a stellar gameplan troubleshooting the issue which led to discovery of the failed valve part and its eventual replacement. John and the Nero front office staff performed above and beyond expectations from the initial same day scheduling appointment of the job, thoroughly covering every aspect of it until completion. Communication was never an issue. Nero made the whole coordination process very smooth, efficient, and seamless, which is a motivating factor towards continuing to use this company in the future. John is a seasoned HVAC tech who took the time to explain all of the work to be done and at a reasonable price, which speaks volumes to his professionalism and commitment to excellence. Our technicians Jack and Will was friendly, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly. They diagnosed the issue quickly and had the parts on hand to fix it the same day.

What really stood out to me was the attention to detail and respect for my home. They wore protective shoe covers, cleaned up after the job, and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. The cool air was back in no time, and my house felt comfortable.
