Updated Review 6-29-24 - Sadly I thought I found a reliable, punctual HVAC company. Carmine now falls into the category of contractors that have to be begged to "Spend your money with." I'm in the service Industry and I've never treated a customer this way. The sad part is we as people are so groomed to thank companies when they show up (even late). It used to be a Company earned the right to your business. I can no longer recommend Legend Home Services or Carmine as reliable. Frankly it makes me question if I even got what I paid for a year prior.

Original Review : The service I received from Luke and the after discussion with Carmine was outstanding. Luke came to do what I thought would be a simple cleaning and I soon learned the mantra for them seems to be above and beyond. He tuned up my fairly new system so I would burn less oil and welcomed several questions. Having boilers all my life, I've never received such above and beyond service for a "simple cleaning." It’s refreshing to be able to count on heating & mechanical experts for professional service done with integrity. I will be a lifelong customer going forward.

Around 1:30am my toilet overflowed. Ok great I can plunge it, nope that did nothing, just made it much worse. Reached out to Legend Home Services, and Carmine stopped by that day to fix it. And in no time my toilet was back to working order. We went over a few other issues that were bothering me about my other bathroom and he had some great suggestions. Last night I had a issue with my HVAC system. After trying to handle it myself I had to call in a professional. Carmine reach out to me as I yelped for help. He was very quick in diagnosing the issue and had my system back up promptly, after the system was not staying on for over several hrs. 28 degrees outside. My house in side temp was dropping to fast 55 degrees by the time it was fixed. Thank you again for your service Carmine. We was able to sleep in comfort. Wow! What can I say about Legend Home Services...they are amazing. Carmine and his crew had the not so easy task of installing a new boiler for our home. Carmine sat us down, talked us through the goods/the bads/and the uglies. Showed us what we really needed and helped us guide in our decision. His team came in and within less than a week, a new boiler was installed, and the old one was out. Installed with us in mind - made sure it was quick, efficient and reliable. He also has installed a split unit for our basement to help alleviate the oil usage, the hotness in the summer and the humidity in the summer.
Carmine and his entire team are awesome, and they know exactly what they are doing. They are professionals. We getting them back for some more HVAC work before the summer. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
