I contacted Murphy Heating & Cooling, along with a few other companies, for a quote after my oil delivery company told me I needed a new oil tank and that parts for my furnace were no longer available. While some companies never responded or failed to follow up, Murphy stood out immediately. They replied quickly, came on short notice, and performed a detailed assessment of my home to ensure the system was properly sized.

After comparing options with Murphy and a couple of other companies, I chose Murphy because they were price-competitive, offered better financing terms, and provided a stronger installation warranty. Called Murphy to check heat pump/furnace heating system after completed install on 12/12/25. I wanted to make sure after a few months of after installation the system was running correctly because electric bills were unusually high. Tech was very knowledgeable and answered a lot of my questions. He checked for error codes on Heat pump and furnace with none found. All of the employees that I have met from Murphy H/C have all been professional and very eager to help you understand the system.
