Mr.Jay. was very patient with me even through I was frustrated about not having AC. He arrived within a few hours, found that compressor had shut off and was able to fix it quickly.

Excellent experience all around. I had another company tell me my unit could not be repaired and gave me a quote for $14k. Jay sent a tech over and he had it fixed in 30 minutes for $149. They also came back and completely replaced the plenum system for a very fair price.
