We confirmed this company two weeks in advance to provide an HVAC quote at a client’s apartment and reconfirmed multiple times during the week. I waited for the entire scheduled window, called several times with no answer, and ultimately no one showed up. No explanation or follow-up was provided. Very disappointing and a complete waste of time.
