Great and prompt service. They were able to diagnose issues in 2 PTAC units and recognized one as a compressor failure and another as a drain clog. Since they were both R-22 units, they recommended replacement of the unit with the broken compressor and power washing/drain unclogging of the other. Prices were reasonable and in-line with other companies, and we were billed as quoted. Installation/power washing was smooth and both units have worked fine so far. Only (small) downside is that scheduling is a bit difficult in NJ as they try to schedule all NJ visits together. This is a name you can trust.
