I am writing to express my extreme satisfaction with Weather Maker's services. Our Trane HVAC unit had been down for nearly four weeks, and we were struggling to find a company that could quickly source the necessary replacement parts. Other companies we contacted were facing significant delays.
However, when the Weather Maker came to our office in Manhattan, they immediately identified the problem and had a solution. Benny was particularly reassuring, assuring us that the repair would be completed within a week. To our delight, they exceeded our expectations by finishing the job in just three days!
Our HVAC system is now running smoothly, and we are incredibly grateful to Weather Maker and their team, especially Benny. Thank you for your professionalism, efficiency, and outstanding service!

Great and prompt service. They were able to diagnose issues in 2 PTAC units and recognized one as a compressor failure and another as a drain clog. Since they were both R-22 units, they recommended replacement of the unit with the broken compressor and power washing/drain unclogging of the other. Prices were reasonable and in-line with other companies, and we were billed as quoted. Installation/power washing was smooth and both units have worked fine so far. Only (small) downside is that scheduling is a bit difficult in NJ as they try to schedule all NJ visits together. This is a name you can trust.
