I’d give ZERO STARS if I could. I bought a house with a brand-new heating and AC system they installed, and when it failed, the nightmare started.They promised I was the “next stop,” then ignored me for hours, hung up on me, let my calls go to voicemail, and fed me excuses about being “on the way” and then a “flat tire.” I spent two days in 90-degree heat with no AC on a brand-new system.They don’t answer the phone, don’t show up, and don’t stand behind their work. Use this company if you enjoy lies, excuses, and no help when you actually need it.
Poor quality installation of new HVAC system I just purchased this home and it’s not even been 2 years and I have spent a lot of money fixing on this poor quality installations. Trash don’t recommend this company .
So I assume they are the people that installed the HVAC system in the building I live in because their name and number is on the thermostat. When I started experiencing issues with the cool air system they said that whoever installed it may have caused a leak by puncturing something (even tho they are the ones that did it?). Anyways, they have come to my apartment 3 times and still have not fixed the problem and they cut time short and tell me they cannot fix it that day and have to leave or they just leave without saying anything to me. I waited hours to realize they were not coming back. Communication is the bare minimum that could have been done. Honestly just unhappy with how long its taking for my cool air to be fixed it's extremely hot and I have had to take days off of work to accommodate their schedule just for no progress to be made.
Highly recommended. This company was a referral to me. I had a problem on my AC at my house. It was fix it right away in the middle of the winter and also I had a AC problem on my work once again in the middle of the hot weather it was fixed right away.There were fast and professional.

They are true professionals and make sure that you are completely satisfied with their work.
