Our 30-yr old hydronic air handler broke this past weekend. upon contacting Aire One North, Mr. Forouzan attentively provide options for the replacement of the unit with a new gas furnace. He send me the complete specs for the proposed units along with cost breakdown, which were very clear and competitive based on my quick shopping around that day.Based on the information and quotes, I selected one of the options and Mr. Forouzan scheduled for installation for the day after which was Family Day long weekend.Their technician, Mr. Yari Azar arrived on time in the morning and quickly removed the broken unit, installed and commissioned the new furnace by the afternoon. They worked professionally, without taking any break and cleaned up after the work was completed. They explained to me their installation plan and process, and the operation and maintenance of the unit. Mr. Forouzan himself dropped by to supervise as well.There was a minor glitch with the operation of the unit the day after for which I contacted Mr. Forouzan and Mr. Yari Azar and both explained with details on how to use the unit and what to expect for the few days after the installation.I am so grateful for all their expertise, quick service and support, specially in an emergency situation and short notice.We highly recommend Aire One North for all HVAC services.
