I signed up for my 1st annual Rheem Tankless water heater maintenance service with Canco and was not disappointed, the technician did a through inspection and addressed my concerns so I have more piece of mind. The maintenance appointment went really smooth, I like the service report provided after the appointment as it very detailed and informative. I will continue to do business with Canco.

I was very happy with the service I received for my furnace today. I was having an issue with a ‘primary limit switch open’ due to high heat. The furnace would turn off. I called Canco and Christina helped me with booking a service appointment.
Although tricky to diagnose at first, Adam was able to isolate and resolve the issue. With a new capacitor the fan blower is working correctly and all is well. Thanks to all the staff at Canco and a special thanks to Adam the service technician!
PS: it was actually Dan who did the service and ultimately repaired. So please give my thanks to Dan!

We have been using Canco for many years.
They have always provided great service and support.
So when we decided to upgrade our old furnace and a/c
we automatically called Canco.
The service techs Larry, Alex and Adam were excellent.
They were very knowledgeable and made sure everything was installed properly and working well.
I am also thankful to Larry who took the time to answer all our questions and explained the different components of the new systems.
The sales representative Will, was also excellent. He took the time to explain our options and did a comprehensive analysis of our air flow to recommend the best equipment for our home.

We contracted Canco ClimateCare to do a conversion from a wall-hung boiler to a forced air gas furnace and gas hot water tank. We had 4 different companies come to do quotes for us. Canco was so far ahead in terms of comprehensive review, offerings, and professionalism that frankly, it was no contest. Canco is clearly a premium service provider, and we definitely got premium value for our money!

Will came over to do a comprehensive review of our existing system capabilities and our needs, and he spent significant time with us talking about what his recommendations were and why, and provided data to back it up. He also gave us three different options in his quote at different price points and capabilities, and gave us time to consider and ask the required questions.

This was not an easy installation as our basement is finished. Larry came to do the pre-installation inspection, and he spent significant time with us developing an efficient strategy to do the installation with minimal impact on the existing finishes. He told us exactly what he was going to do and why, and gave us options wherever possible. He was also very transparent about what could and could not be done given the existing layout against Code requirements, which we appreciated.

The amazing crew of Larry, Alex, Daniel and Jessica came to do the installation, and they were fast, efficient, courteous, and took great care as they worked. They completed the work ahead of schedule without cutting any corners. Larry and Alex then took the time to optimize the system, tweaking our thermostat settings and fan speeds for maximum efficiency, and showing us the features of both the hot water tank and the furnace. They then cleaned up well and left the basement in excellent condition.

I highly recommend Canco ClimateCare if you are looking for quality service from an exceptional service provider. This was by far the best home service experience we've had since we've lived here. Well done folks!!

Canco has been servicing our home furnaces, air conditioners, humidifiers and hot water tanks for 15 years. We've always received excellent service as well as new installs when the appliances came to end of life. This past week Adam Conner, the Service Tech, performed the scheduled maintenance and took the time to answer questions about the systems. Great service with a smile on his face.
