I signed up for my 1st annual Rheem Tankless water heater maintenance service with Canco and was not disappointed, the technician did a through inspection and addressed my concerns so I have more piece of mind. The maintenance appointment went really smooth, I like the service report provided after the appointment as it very detailed and informative. I will continue to do business with Canco.

I was very happy with the service I received for my furnace today. I was having an issue with a ‘primary limit switch open’ due to high heat. The furnace would turn off. I called Canco and Christina helped me with booking a service appointment. Although tricky to diagnose at first, Adam was able to isolate and resolve the issue. With a new capacitor the fan blower is working correctly and all is well. Thanks to all the staff at Canco and a special thanks to Adam the service technician! PS: it was actually Dan who did the service and ultimately repaired. So please give my thanks to Dan! Thank you! Mike

We have been using Canco for many years. They have always provided great service and support. So when we decided to upgrade our old furnace and a/c we automatically called Canco. The service techs Larry, Alex and Adam were excellent. They were very knowledgeable and made sure everything was installed properly and working well. I am also thankful to Larry who took the time to answer all our questions and explained the different components of the new systems. The sales representative Will, was also excellent. He took the time to explain our options and did a comprehensive analysis of our air flow to recommend the best equipment for our home. We highly recommend Canco.
