On December 23rd, our furnace stopped running. It was our worst nightmare given that Christmas was two days away and we had plans to host a large family gathering. When I called Infiniti Air Conditioning & Heating, the gentleman on the phone was able to get a diagnostitian to our house quickly. After much examination and testing, it was clear that our 18 year old funace was on its last legs. We made the decision to replace the furnace. The next day, Christmas Eve, two servicemen worked tirelessly to replace the furnace! They were hard working, polite, considerate, friendly and efficient. The service level from start to finish with this company was extraordinary. We would not hesitate to call Infinity Air Conditioning and Heating for any future needs, and to recommend this company to friends and family.

Paul from Infiniti came to our place to fix our 35yr old AC unit after the fan had stopped working intermittently. They were able to come the same day I called and the woman I spoke to on the phone was really helpful and knowledgeable. Paul explained his diagnostic process in detail before he started and gave us options for fixing the issue without pushing us to replace the unit. He took extra time to answer my many questions and showed me his process as he went along. The fan capacitor was failing and Paul had the replacement in stock and was able to fix it on the spot. He also inspected the rest of the AC and Furnace system to confirm there were no other issues. The AC is working well again, we’re really happy as always with the service from Infiniti.
