Tyler, the sales rep, was very straightforward and technically knowledgeable. Christian’s install team of Edgar, Xavier and Johnny was very competent and kept us apprised of progress. I’ve been using Command Comfort for over 10 years now, and they just installed my new heating and air unit. From day one to today — 13 years later — their service is still just as great as it was the first time I called them.

Over the years, I’ve referred them to friends and family, and not a single person has ever complained about the service or the quality of their work. That consistency says a lot.

Today was no different. Christian, Edgar, and Johnny were fantastic. They showed up on time, kept me informed every step of the way, and were extremely professional throughout the entire installation. They were respectful of my home, explained what they were doing, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free.

What I appreciate most is that even as a long-time repeat customer who has used several of their services, they never take that for granted. They treat me with the same attention and care as if I were their very first customer.

Highly recommend Command Comfort. Reliable, professional, and consistently excellent.

Command Comfort recently installed the new, complete HVAC system in my house. The team, Tyler, Johnny, Christian and his crew, were friendly, efficient, and considerate, very respectful of my home, Each team member wore coverings over their boots and shoes whenever they were in my house, the ladder up to the attic had a padded blanket under it. The company communicated and kept me apprised of everything related to the job: letting me know when they would arrive, etc. They even petted my kitty.
The system is working very well. It’s super quiet. Tyler came a week after installation to check everything, and helped me better understand and use the Ecobee smart thermostat.
I highly recommend Command Comfort for any HVAC needs.

I would highly recommend Command Comfort for your HVAC needs. I discovered them after researching installers for a mini split air handling system, and servicing our main home furnace and AC systems. They are superb.

The service tech that worked on our main home systems was professional and thorough, even properly diagnosing and fixing a problem with our AC that 2 prior service companies were unable to find and correct. Thank you Dominick!!

The installation of a new mini split at our other home went flawlessly. The upfront consultation with Tyler was very informative and professionally done, which made our decision to go with Command Comfort a no brainer. The installers (Christian and Edgar) were outstanding. They were extremely pleasant and respectful in clearing and covering the installation area, very efficient and worked diligently to properly install the new unit. They also spent plenty of time with us after install to review all of its features and capabilities. It looks and works beautifully!!

As a result of my experiences, I now have 3 service contracts with Command Comfort for our existing equipment, and will add a 4th when our new unit comes due first year after installation.

For once in a very long time, I have found a company that is very easy to do business with (thanks also to Robin), competitively priced for the services they provide, and very professional across all facets of their business.

I hope this review is helpful to those considering HVAC companies.
