Had a water heater emergency, they were able to send Troy and Daniel who were highly knowledgeable and efficient out very quickly and got things taken care of. Neely their Office Mnaager even gave some suggestions and was able to help with some troubleshooting over the phone. Excellent folks here!

This company is rock solid. Their technicians have a great wealth of knowledge. They explained to me what was wrong and corrected my issues. They were timely, ordered the parts I needed, and came back the very next day to finish the job. Cannon Heating and Air Conditioning were extremely responsive and professional. Neely, the receptionist, ensured our service request was handled in a timely manner. We had them install a new gas range after our old one quit working on Thanksgiving morning. The installers were professional and cleaned up after the installation was complete. I highly recommend this company.
It was of the coldest days of the year!! my heating system went out. Cannon was out that day. They were able to get my system back up and running in no time at all. Unfortunately, I had to get a new system. They not only installed my new system. They were able to offer a program that made it financially affordable for my family. They bent over backwards to get the job done and treated me like family. For all my plumbing and heating and cooling needs. I don’t look any further than Cannon. Great customer service!
