I have been a loyal customer of Kearney and sons for almost a decade and have no plans to change that ever. They are always, prompt, polite, neat (they even wear booties so they don’t track on my floors.) Beyond all of that they are knowledgeable professionals that don’t try to sell me things I don’t need. Locally owned, very professional. Chuck and Calvin did the installation of a new heater in my attic and outdoor A/C unit. Both of them worked hard and completed the install faster than I expected, which allowed me to get back to my day. They were diligent about wearing their boot coverings to prevent debris from tracking through my house. They were respectful to my wife and were happy to answer any and all questions throughout the process. They cleaned up after themselves before they left. Also, prior to install, the folks at Kearney & Sons were able to help me get a good deal on 2 new units and help me get the financing I needed. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend Kearney & Sons if you want a business who actually cares about their customers and the service they provide. Because their reputation is on the line with every customer interaction, they put forth that extra effort to show they care and that you're not just another number in their bottom line. Based on my experience with them, I'm definitely going with Kearney & Sons for all routine HVAC maintenance for the life of my new system.
Just had Jacob Maher with Kearney & Sons perform a repair, and I’m so glad we did! Jacob was swift, thorough, knowledgeable, thoughtful, and efficient. I’ve never met a more knowledgeable repair tech who also helped make sure I became a more informed homeowner. He quickly identified why my AC wasn’t blowing cold air, came up with a proposal for repair, made sure I understood my options, and then made quick work of making sure it wasn’t just done, but done right and in line with what we discussed.
