Needed to call Tommy Garner to repair my heating system..of course it was 2am on a weekend along with outside temps in the single digits. My.wife and I both are in our late 70s. The house was super cold. The tech responded promptly and repaired the issue. He was very pleasant and professional. I am very please with the service I received the price was very fair. They have done other hvac jobs for me over the years and all technicians have been outstanding. They always stand behind their work. All repairs are done right the first time. I will continue to use them. They do it right the first time.

We recently had a furnace and A/C system and gas hot water heater installed by Tommy Garner. The experience was an unexpected pleasure. All our units are in the attic. We were dreading the experience. However, from our initial visit by David Lemis, the sales rep to our 2 week check-up by Anthony, the tech, it has been a great experience. All of the ladies who answer the phone in the office are friendly, considerate, and HELPFUL. The five techs who came to install all the units were wonderful — courteous, careful, efficient, pleasant and patient. For such a long, tedious job they remained that way throughout.. Our install team was —- Austin, Austin, Erin and the “twins”. The twins —- I believe their names are Aidan and Andrew — joined the team to help out. These five young men worked efficiently and hard to complete the entire installation in one day. JOB well done !!!!! Zach the gentleman in charge of scheduling and all else was only a phone call away if we had a question. We cannot say enough good things about the installation and the installers.
And so far everything is working very well. Tommy Garner Air Conditioning and Heating is an outstanding business and has GREAT customer service. We appreciate that ! We will definitely be using them for all our future heat/ac/hot water heater needs. Thank you.

I recently purchased a Heil HVAC system from Tommy Garner Air Conditioning and Heating. My old unit was oil heat and lasted 27 years. I switched over to a heat pump since oil is getting so expensive. Doing business with Tommy Garner was one of the best decisions I have made. His team was professional from the start. Bobby was very knowledgeable when he came over to see what we had and made suggestions and talked about options that might best fit our needs. It took use a few weeks to decide what system to go with and we had many questions before making a huge investment. We even went to his office and spoke with Bobby and Zach to finalize what system would be best for us. They were very helpful, polite and did not pressure us into making a quick decision. The installers did a great job and arrived on time showed us what they were doing and cleaned up after themselves. They even helped us setup the app for the thermostat. When they went to install the unit outside they noticed it was damaged and called the office and had another unit brought over. Bobby and Zach each came by during the installation and talked to us about maintenance and ensuring we were satisfied with the process of the installation. Since I was switching away from gas the installation had to be inspected by the city mechanical inspector. He said they did a great job on the installation and that the unit looked top of the line. He was very impressed with the craftsmanship of the installers work. A week after the installation Tommy sent over a quality technician to ensure everything was working as it should and to run some tests. I purchased a split system and the air handler is inside my attached garage. Both the air handler and the outside unit is much larger than my old unit and it was explained because of how efficient they were they are larger. Both units are very attractive and run great and are very quiet. I have a split level house with house with 3 stories and we set the thermostat at 68 degrees and the unit has had no trouble keeping the house at that temperature. I had gotten several estimates from other companies and Tommy Garner beat them substantially. His price was approximately 4000 to 7000 dollars less expensive then other estimates we had received. The overall process was extremely satisfying and to know there are still honest companies out there like Tommy Garner gave us piece of mind for our purchase. I recommend that anyone looking for a new HVAC system or service on their existing system give Tommy Garner a call you will not be disappointed. Tommy and his company do a lot for the community as well. I will be a satisfied customer with Tommy Garner for a very long time. I can’t say enough on how satisfied we are with Tommy Garner I certainly give him a 10 star rating.
