My blower motor stoped working on my furnace . Call them up, and it was after hours and the repair man showed up within a half hour. It ended up being the owner of the company. Very nice guy. We were up and running in no time. Would highly recommend them. Prices were good too.
Give me a price and he came here was doing absolutely no work whatsoever just so he could drag the time out and charge me more money. They failed to mention that they charge more and they didn’t mention either how much they charge by the hour was simply told solely that their service call is $120 and that was it which gives the impression that is a flat rate never was told that there is any additional charges hourly or anything whatsoever remotely. The sort I had left to go pick up my kid and ask if he was fine by himself gotta call that he was leaving couldn’t fix it at the moment to do funds and came home to less money which on the phone he very very specifically stated that he was taking out exactly $120 for the service call and that would be leaving the remainder of the money on my counter Which I actually have him in the background of my camera on the phone saying that too
We had our furnace and air conditioner replaced today. The technician arrived actually 15 minutes early and completed the job quicker than expected. When they left everything was spotlessly cleaned. The technicians made sure we understood the features of our new equipment before leaving. The best part was the price for the job including a new humidifier, WiFi thermostat, and upgraded air cleaner was significantly less than we expected. Rob also provided the necessary paperwork to claim $1400 in rebates and tax credits. We are truly satisfied customers!
Really happy with the workmanship. Very impressed with how hard Zack worked installing my new furnace. Monties’s was the best price after 3 quotes. From start to finish it’s been an absolute pleasure working with this company. There was no pushy sales tactics or anything like that. No extras pushed on me after install the price I was quoted was the price I paid. Great work guys I really appreciate it!
The Monties run an excellent company. Rob and Jennifer are wonderful. Their customer service is outstanding.On one of the hottest days this summer our A/C decided not to want to work! They came right away. Got it up and running, saved the day quite literally. Their pricing is honest, fair and they don't take advantage of you.I really can't save enough wonderful things about them. 10/10... I highly recommend!
