Clean, efficient, friendly. The guys were great, informative. They let me know when and what they were doing. Laid down the 'red carpet' so there was no mess. No mess afterwards. AND we have a beautiful new furnace to boot! Highly recommended.
This company is awesome. They relocated my furnace. Replaced the furnace , ac and hot water on demand. It was a real challenge for them because of where they all had to be placed but they did it incredibly well. They are very professional and really efficient. Thank you !!!!!

Called them late at night when my house was freezing after trying a few other companies, and they were the only ones who actually cared. The technician was super patient, walked me through troubleshooting steps over the phone, and even asked me to send a photo of the issue. He circled the problem area and sent it back to me - talk about going above and beyond! They helped me get my heating back on without charging a dime, and didn't rush me at all. I was referred to Niagara home heating by a friend they came in, went above and beyond what they charged me. Very honest friendly and efficient, but most of all the bill was a lot lower than other quotes I had received. They even went as far as to give me tips on how to maintain my air conditioner and furnace.
