I noticed my house was getting colder but couldn’t deal with it until after my workday. I called Noll ClimateCare after hours, and within 13 minutes I received a call back...which honestly impressed me right away.I then spent about 35 minutes on the phone with Matt, and that time was invaluable. Matt patiently walked me through checking the outside intake and exhaust, the furnace drain line, and how to read the Morris code my furnace was displaying (that is actually a thing lol) . He explained the furnace startup process in a way that made sense and reassured me that everything was safe.He didn’t stop there, Matt also educated me on how to properly read the fuel levels on my propane tanks. As we continued to trouble shoot what was actually wrong - he went beyond the furnace and into the fuel source. He even got genuinely excited when I managed to pry off the frozen red cap on the tank, which made the whole situation a lot less stressful. He clearly explained how to tell if the gauges were full or empty...After all that troubleshooting and learning, we realized the issue was simply that I was out of propane. Not once did Matt make me feel dumb, he was encouraging, professional, and troubleshot like an absolute boss.I will 100% recommend Noll ClimateCare to anyone looking for service or an upgrade. Matthew was prompt and polite. He gathered information from me before starting work so that his time was focused, which was appreciated. He knew the equipment well and was able to explain the next steps in the repair (parts are required).
