Cory came by to do a preventive maintenance check on our AC unit. He is extremely knowledgeable and answered every question I could think of. Not only did he explain in detail how to maintain my unit in between services, he fixed multiple issues my builder installed incorrectly. AGL is by far the best heating and air company in Charleston.
Top notch care, friendly knowledgeable service, outstanding communication and punctual. 5 stars all the way from the initial call to service completion. AGL was highly recommended to me by a trusted associate who couldn’t say enough about them. First experience with AGL and they were great. Diagnosed the issue quickly and fixed the mistake the prior company made wiring the control panel. Highly recommend them.
This review is only based on my initial work with AGL on getting an estimate for our HVAC done, but have to admit the experience so far has been fantastic. They are super responsive, super quick, and really keep me knowledgeable about everything that's going on. And we have selected them as the vendor for our new HVAC unit. Will report back after that work is completed.
Outstanding service from start to finish. It started with Shonn with his estimate. He answered all my questions, and clearly spelled out options and what the best route to take was. And no, the best route wasn't a bigger, more expensive system. Rather it was one based upon common sense. The installers were on-time, very professional, and very friendly. The closeout process with Shonn was seamless. I want no one but AGL to maintain my system going forward. I can't say enough great things about them.
