The team at Blake & Sons replaced my original HVAC Heat Pump system that somehow made it chugging along for 24 years! I had multiple HVAC companies come out and provide quotes. I chose Blake & Sons due to their incredible professionalism, ethics, integrity, and careful explanations. For example, Ryan Blake quietly checked my AC equipment in the attic, calmly said, "Ma'am, let me get my drill and I'll be right back." He then proceeded to put my old system back together. He showed me pictures and explained, "Someone took apart this system to provide you a quote - and never put it back together." WOW! Ryan then reviewed his quote and thoroughly answered all my questions as if I were his only client for the day. Later, upon installation, George and his team installed my new system rapidly and professionally. Ryan then provided all the rebate paperwork completely filled out and ready for my signature for immediate submission to Dominion Energy. This entire process was absolutely seamless from start to finish! My new system performed PERFECTLY through the blast of cold and snow. I am so glad I made the decision when I did to modernize, achieve energy efficiency, and be prepared for a blast of winter cold not experienced in the Lowcountry!!! The guys came on time. Had a problem with opening being too small for new ac unit. What should have been a normal 3 hour job , turned into a 6 hour. No complaining or extra charge. They were very professional. When done, ac works great. I would recommend them for sure. A great company.
