Hayes Brothers Home Heating & Air Conditioning

I wanted to share my positive experience with Hayes Brothers Home Heating & Air Conditioning after seeing some of the reviews. As a new homeowner, I needed some follow-up furnace repair work after moving in. The company handled all the minor issues quickly, and the communication was excellent throughout the process. The office staff were friendly and helpful whenever I called. Nathaniel came out to check on the furnace repairs I needed and was always polite and knowledgeable, making sure I understood what was going on. When I had a concern about my furnace right before a holiday, Barry responded quickly, fixed the problem, and gave me helpful advice on future maintenance. Their team really knows their stuff and made me feel confident about the work being done. I plan to keep using their services for any future heating and air conditioning needs. As a new homeowner, having reliable furnace repair and maintenance is important, especially in Nevada where the weather can get pretty hot and you want your HVAC system running smoothly. I highly recommend this company for anyone needing furnace repair or related services.

The digital display on our heat pump stopped working, so we scheduled a service call. Nathaniel came out to take a look and quickly figured out that we needed a new thermostat. He carefully explained everything to us, making sure it was easy to understand, and even selected a thermostat with large, easy-to-read numbers and no confusing extra features—perfect for my elderly family member. Nathaniel was very polite, professional, patient, and really knew his stuff. While working, he also noticed that only one of the two heat strips was connected right—something the previous installer missed—and he fixed it at no extra cost. I’m very happy with their service and highly recommend them for anyone needing HVAC help, especially in our hot Nevada climate.

If you're looking for furnace repair or related heating services, Hayes Brothers Home Heating & Air Conditioning is the company to call in North Las Vegas. They are, without a doubt, the most reliable and professional team I've worked with. Barry, one of their technicians, helped me with a furnace installation in my commercial space and made sure everything was sized and set up perfectly for our needs in the Nevada climate. On another visit, Barry replaced two entire furnace units in my home, which has kept our family comfortable through every season here. The attention to detail and quality of work is impressive, and their honesty and professionalism really stand out. I've recommended them to others because of their excellent service and trustworthy approach.

Your technician Barry did an excellent job servicing our HVAC system. He made some helpful adjustments to improve how our furnace runs, and even fixed an issue that had been there since the original installation. Barry found a jumper wire that was connecting the first and second stage heating, which meant our furnace wasn't using the two-stage heating system properly. Thanks to Barry, the furnace now gradually distributes heat and runs more efficiently, which should help us save on energy costs. We’re very happy with the quality of service and attention to detail. Highly recommended for anyone needing HVAC help, especially in Nevada where reliable cooling and heating are so important!
