Kyle delivered top-notch maintenance service for our unit. Kyle was right on time for the appointment and gave me and my husband a detailed rundown after finishing up. He even went the extra mile by sealing up some spots in the attic where air was leaking out. He was super helpful in answering all my questions about the unit. Sub Zero is really organized when it comes to scheduling appointments, sending out text reminders the day before and on the day itself, plus they email service invoices too. In our last home, we had a fantastic local HVAC company looking after our system for a whole 10 years before we moved. Sub Zero is absolutely a gem for us, and highly recommend them!
