We came home from holidays in February to no heat in our house. The furnace had stopped working. I found Total Line through Google and read their outstanding reviews which were consistent across the board. That gave me the confidence to go ahead and call them. As other reviewers have stated, Ray was knowledgeable and honest, a and told me step by step what his procedure would be. When he demonstrated to me that the best course of action was a replacement of the furnace, he gave me a very fair quote and within 48 hours everything was done. Both he and his crew were polite and professional, and meticulous in cleaning up afterwards. Afterwards he explained to me everything that was done in detail, and I felt confident that he would stand by his work going forward. Thank you Ray for your care and consideration.

We had our furnace serviced by Ray and I must say how refreshing it was to have a technician who genuinely cared about his work and in "exceeding" the customers exceptions. He was patient, kind and very knowledgeable about all aspects of his business. During his work, he educated me about the maintenace and parts of our furnace as well as other important things to look out for regarding our systems in our home. Ray also took time to investigate an unrelated problem we were having and helped to rule out any serious issues giving us important info we now have to use going forward which was very much appreciated.
