I called Vlad and he responded very quickly. He evaluated our existing furnace and made recommendations to fix or replace our 37 year old furnace giving us quotes for either option. My husband and I needed time to discuss the options and decided on a new furnace.
Vlad ordered the furnace and installed it yesterday… the whole process of my initial phone call and installation was less than 2 weeks.
I was very impressed with A Plus Heating. Not only was Vlad prompt, he made sure we still had heat in the house. I would highly recommend A Plus Heating.

A Plus HVAC is simply the best.Spencer was very thorough in trying to diagnose the furnace problem to explaining the complex problem and possible solutions.He spent alot of time trying to solve the problem and on a holiday. Jeff from sales was wonderfull, explained everything, and made sure I got the right size furnace, quickly. John Douglas, the installer was fabulous. Thorough, professional and very knowledgable. It was a somewhat tricky install and he went above and beyond. And finally Tyler the electrician, he not only worked on the furnace but fixed a broken light in the furnac area. Just a top notch team!!!!

Spencer from A Plus HVAC was outstanding. He came out to fix my oil furnace and was knowledgeable, thorough, and professional from start to finish. He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained everything clearly, and got the furnace running properly again. After the repair, he performed a full cleaning and made sure everything was operating efficiently and safely before leaving.

It’s rare to find a technician who takes this much pride in their work. Spencer didn’t rush, paid attention to the details, and left the area clean. Highly recommend Spencer and A Plus HVAC for anyone needing reliable, honest, and high-quality service.
