I had a great experience with Stay Cool! They were able to come check my heater the same day I called, and checked all of the heating and cooling systems. I needed a new water heater and furnace - I didn’t feel pressured or like they were trying to upsell. Two days later, Dalton and Neil came to replace those two systems. Everyone I talked with was very professional and knowledgeable. I would absolutely recommend Stay Cool!

HIGHLY Recommend. Our furnace quit right as a winter storm rolled in, and they sent someone out within an hour! Dalton figured out our issue and got our unit to work for just a bit longer until our replacement could be scheduled. Jake and Skylar handled our replacement. The office will send names and pictures of who is coming to your home, which made me feel very safe. Every person we encountered on the phone or in person was professional, friendly, and knew what they were doing. Pricing was fair and transparent, and they helped us get financing. Never felt rushed or pressured. A+ communication.

Called 3 companies early in the morning. Stay Cool was able for me to take pics of the area while other companies wanted to come out 3+ days later to look while we had no hot water. Stay Cool was able to come out the same day which was a huge plus for us since we had not had hot water for 2 days already. Their price was also $350 and $700 cheaper than 2 other companies I have had in the past. Travis and Carter showed up on time and walked me through the tearing out and install of the new heater. They were courteous of their wet shoes with slips if they had to go to their truck outside when tearing out the old water heater. Carter, with our older heavy door headed to the garage it doesn't take much to close it. Please be easier in the future. There was an issue with the old water heater being taken up the steps with a dolly that scrapped all the way up the steps in pic 2. I called the main office, they apologized, and they sent Travis back out the next day to repaint. Ill still keep them in mind for future projects. thank you.
