We called Swiss Air to repair a leak in our gas lines. Our technician, John, was great to work with. He was friendly and personable, explained what needed to be done, and fixed the problem quickly. He also arrived within an hour or two of us calling.Overall, the experience was great, the price was reasonable, and the work was done well. We'll definitely call Swiss Air again if we need help in the future.
We had Swiss Air come out to put humidifiers on our furnaces. They were able to quickly get us on their schedule and the technician was friendly. About two weeks later, the humidity in the house still felt low and the humidity reading on the humidifiers never seemed to reach where it was set to. When we called, they promptly came back out. They mentioned that the fan wasn't hooked up quite right and fixed it. However, it still seemed like the house was dry and the readings never matched what it was set to.A few weeks later, one of the furnaces stopped working completely and was covered in several inches of ice. We called out a different company this time and they quickly figured out that the humidifiers were not installed correctly and were missing a relay, which was causing the a/c to be running at the same time as the heater almost constantly. At this point we let the other company fix it instead of giving Swiss Air a third chance to install it correctly, costing us about $500. Now, the reading finally matches what it's set to and the house feels less dry.
In response to your comment made on 'Tushar Subhra Dasgupta's review, please read this1st visit was to check why humidifier attached to HVAC was working or not. Because humidifier was working before Swiss installed the new HVAC. Hence - in my humble opinion-it should beSwiss responsibility to check what went wrong with Humidifier after new HVAC was installed. Service technician suggested us to change Soleniod and said it will solve the issue. But it did not fix the issue and there was no validation of humidifier working status post solenoid replacement by your service technician. Which is really surprising. Moreover that solenoid replacement caused water leak (because the screw was not tightened enough) and that was the reason for 2nd visit for technician- he fixed the leak but still could not make the humidifier work.Humidifier pad was not replaced by me or by anyone in my home and no one in my home touched the saddle valve in my home. If we have the knowledge and expertise on Solenoid or saddle valve -then why should we call Technician from Swiss? We could have figured out and fixed everything by ourselves and might have saved $297 as well. So, I would suggest to check your source of truth first to validate your response. Because none of this happened.Anyway- Just to summarize, as a customer I feel disheartened and I realized that I should have got my HVAC installed from other vendors, not from Swiss. I have already started working with other company. I am not going to respond further in this thread. I will share my experience with larger audience in St. Charles and St. louis county via other groups and forums. Thanks
Bill came out to troubleshoot and service our boiler and he did fantastic work. Not only did he diagnose the issue, he was also willing to educate us around our system. We have had other technicians out from big companies to help with other issues, and have had awful corporate feeling experiences. As long as Swiss air stays customer focused and doesn’t turn into a company that is just trying to sell you as much as they can, we will be using them.
We called to have Swiss Air come out to give us pricing to replace our entire HVAC system! Allen was amazing he stayed and answered every question we had (which was a ton) he had a book with him to show the systems that he quoted us on which was great to actually see what the system would look like. He is the reason we chose Swiss air he is knowledgeable and not pushy! Also the warranty that they offer is not given by any other company 12 year parts and 12 year labor is what is advertised and is exactly what you get! We had 3 companies come out and no one offered anything close on parts or labor! It’s great that the owner stands behind the product that he sells! They were able to install on the day requested on short notice! On installation day Ted and Josh were the installers and both were very professional and awesome, they both also answered all of our questions and concerns! Every person that we dealt with at Swiss air made it worth going with them! We went with the variable speed system and could tell a difference as soon as the system was started up, I am grateful that Allen talk to us in depth about this system and we knew this was the system and company for us! Thank you Allen, Ted and Josh for getting our project completed with zero issues! I would definitely recommend Swiss air to anyone!
